Just in case you were wondering what we eat here... well we eat like Carnivores... that is the restaurant that is similar to Fago de Chao... green light... red light... would you like some more meat (in case you do not know what I am talking about; you have a card that is green on one side and red on the other... if you want more meat you flip to the green side and when you are done you turn it to red).
They serve about the same things that the American MEAT restaurants serve but I do have to admit that I tried the chicken heart and it was good... I had two until one of our friends told me that they were high in cholesterol... go figure.

Chicken HEART? Nasty, nasty, nasty. But I guess trying things like that adds to the cultural experience. :-)
