Easter Egg hunt in the condo... no yard style.... AGAIN!

Once again we are doing Easter morning... condo style... and it is always fun.  Pierce wakes up and is handed an egg with the first clue... and based on the clue he will then find another egg that has a clue and on and on he goes until he finds his basket.  He is a year older so the clues got a little harder and little more adventerous... We had a good time watching him figure it out and Asher was all about following bubba around the house as daddy held him of course.

Looks like both boys scored this year...

5 K and Easter Hunt at HFC

Yes lets go all the way back to Easter... we had a great first Easter here in Ulsan, South Korea.  It started with a 5 K and a Easter Egg Hunt/BBQ at the compound on Saturday.  We had a great time with friends laughing, walking/running and eating.

Me and my buddies getting ready... Blake was to busy taking the pics.. I did not get a pic of him and his buddies... his buddy was Asher :-)

Pierce and daddy ran off at the first of the race and I was walking with Asher... so us girls stayed behind.  Pierce did not really run much but they were ahead of us so they were waiting for us at the finish line.  Here me and Mandy are crossing the finish like with Asher.  Mandy was walking bc she was training for the MS 150 and was saving her knees.

We all made it and so happy to do our first official race as a family of 4.  

 

We headed back to the compound for some more fun... Pierce put his medal around his neck and here he is headed to the Easter Egg Hunt/Hash.

The kids lined up ready for the instructions.

They were going on a mini hash looking for golden eggs... there were only a few so you had to keep a good look out for them.

Guess who found one... Pierce with his old teacher from FS2.

 

While Pierce was enjoying the fact that he got a golden egg... Look what Daddy was doing... how many people men does it take to feed a baby...

Spring is here... March fun!

Spring is upon us... and we are having a lot of fun... check out some random iPhone pics from March 2013.

The last post was of the Reptile farm.. here's is Pierce's drawing from the dinosaur walk.

Pierce got his first pimple... above his nostril... he's growing up...he will appreciate this picture later, right?

And this little man got a case of the runny nose... but still so cute.

The weather is getting great for the Hash's... daddy is taking off the jacket but the boys are still bundled up.

On an early hike in March.... we were seeing the first signs of spring... oh beautiful flowers come out... we have been waiting for you.

"Hey daddy, I think you are suppose to be settling me down not making me have the best time just seconds before I go to bed"

Mommy attended another going away party... just part of the game here as an expat.

And look who got another star of the week... and this time Mommy got her first one.  Pierce was picked by his teacher Mr. Milford bc he did an excellent job in school this week and mommy got picked bc I came to school and did a lesson on St. Patricks day packed with a lot of fun.

And look who got a high chair (Pierce's old one) and is having lunch with mommy... can't believe he is old enough for this... 

Look at me mom... I can pick it up and put it in my mouth... 

Just a normal day after school... 

Daddy is one happy Daddy... look who learned to hold his own bottle.

C.O.O.L Club is growing... God is so good... look at all our kids that love Jesus.

More flowers... 

On Easter our cool club kids had an Easter egg hunt... 

After Easter the infamous Cherry Blossoms arrived everywhere... and they are breath taking.

These pics don't do them justice... but they sure do make the streets pretty especially by covering up those power lines...
