Another iPhone dump...
We are busy busy busy these days and I never seem to have time to grab the big fancy camera so we have a lot of random pics on the iPhone... so here we go another iPhone dump...
Pierce is still building lots of things... with anything he can get his hands on.

And yes he built himself a gun...

And yes he built himself a gun...
And do you know how lego's and other building sets give you directions with pictures and sometimes they just give you a big picture of the final piece with some small blowups on the page of certain pieces... here is Pierce's attempt at making a set of instructions... then I had to take these and make this figure... our little engineer.
We have gone for many walks around the condo... just Asher and I to get groceries... and he always loves it when I put him in this carrier.... so happy.
The next few pics and video were very momentous in our house... bc we all four ate the same meal... homemade chicken noodle soup... yummy. Also the video will show you Asher eating all by himself and being such a big boy... love this little man.
Pierce had "go green" week at school and he was so happy to take the solar house that GM and GP gave to him.
Lots and Lots of hiking... this is daddy's favorite thing to do as a family... and here we went for a little stroll around a near by reservoir...
This is a random photo of a Ukrainian Bible and Russian bible with a great story... we have two difference sets of families at Cool Club that do not have a family bible in their native language... so we found some online and gave them to the families... just when I wonder why we are here in Korea... God shows us things like this... love it.
And my friend Meredith had her birthday celebration with some close friends.. and Asher wore the outfit she gave to him... aren't they cute.
And getting some floor time with his friend Esther... hurry up Esther and grow so we can play. Hard to think these two are only 9 months apart.
And something that always makes our day... a package from Julie and KW... we feel loved.
We got the package right before bedtime... we had to stop our nightly routine and check out what we got.
Pierce got these two shirts... he loves them and has to wear them every week... so cute.
Just a picture of normal Kindergartner work... right????
I got some pretty roses for Mother's Day!
Pierce gets these AMAZING mystery kits made by Highlights from Julie and KW and he will spend hours going through all the details/kit until he finds the answer... these are by far my favorite after school activity right now... we love to do them together...
Look at that tongue.. he is really concentrating.
Here come more fun at the dinner table... and we are still banging.
Asher got a walker and he is cruising around the house and loving the freedom... We have to shut the door to Pierce's room bc he loves to pull all the lego's off the shelves....
Daddy had a hockey tournament a couple of weeks ago and we loved going up there to cheer him on...
Pierce brought a book home from the school library that was full of expieriments and he was adament about doing a certain one... how does a hot air balloon work... it looked easy enough so we tried to see if we could get it to work... it involded some work with an exacto knife so I was in charge of that... check out the video to see if it worked...
Pierce was being shy so I had to do the commentary... sorry.
Pierce's hair is always a subject of conversation amongst the family... but when you have cool hair like this how could you cut it... meet Mr. Cool....
And I have to say it out loud bc it does not seem real.. I found a lime in Korea... YIPPEEEE

Ladies Tea 2012 at IBC
One of my favorite events at IBC.. is the ladies Tea in May. This was the first year that I did not decorate a table but it was nice sitting with friends and enjoying the morning (without working :-). Here are just a few pics of the morning... I was not able to take pics of all the tables... bc by the time I stopped talking the host of the tables were tearing them down.
We were leaving Singapore in a few days so this was a sad farewell with lots of friends... they even had three of us come forward to say thank you which I was not expecting but happy to report that I "held it together". So thankful for all that the Women's Ministry gave to me, provided me, taught me, and loved on me through the years.

Mother's Day Mandarin Concert... at ICS!
Pierce had a Mother's Day Mandarin Performance his last week of school... Blake was not able to be there since he was already in Korea but we both are so proud of him. He knows more Mandarin than both Blake and I put together... and really enjoys singing (and dancing)... so this was perfect he would come home and practice for this show all the time. He did a great job and really seemed to be into this year... We sure will miss opportunities like this in Singapore and to see him with all his classmates.
One little Indian...
Jesus Loves ME.
This is Pierce's first performance where he seemed really to be into all the songs and we are so proud...
QUACK QUACK... mandarin style. We are so thankful that Pierce had this time at ICS learning Mandarin... we are trying to keep him counting in Mandarin everyday and show him these videos to keep up the singing... we just don't want him to loose it... his Mandarin teach would appreciate that :-).
