More 7 year old bday fun... jan 2014

The weekend after Pierce's birthday he had his best friend Russell spend the night... they had a cookie cake, watched a movie and played (even with little brother).

Pierce also had a little party at school... he wanted more cookie cake so we made mini cookie cakes for everyone.  His teacher let him pass out his goodies to all his classmates... so sweet.

4am Aggie vs. Alabama game

Football season is over but I have to write about the TAMU vs. Alabama game... due to our big win last year and all the hype this year we wanted to a have a party at our house with all our Aggie friends (and wanna be's).  The trick was we wanted to watch it live which meant it would be on at 4am Korea time.  So we sent the invite out and all were coming.  Even our good friends the Faske's spent the night the night before so we could leave the kids in bed while we watched kick off and the first couple of innings.  We ended up loosing but it was a great morning of more memories here in Ulsan.

This little one woke up to a bunch of people and was not sure what to think.

Didn't take long for the kids to wake up with all the hooting and hollering.

A fun group of friends for sure.

It just makes me smile when I walk in our laundry room and see all this maroon.

Just a little extra preview of our little man dressed up... still not sure what he wants to be.

Friends for Life...

More time with Pierce's best friend Alex... we just love watching these kids play together... they are best buds... Alex came over for a sleepover and we pulled out his PJ's and guess what Pierce had matching ones...

Boys Night...

The other weekend... there was a major BOYS NIGHT in our house... The Willerton Boys (Caleb and Levi) came over for some fun...This was Pierce's first sleep over where they all stayed in one room. We were not sure how it would go but it was great and they all had a great time. This is what I found in the morning... Levi and Pierce was woken up by Caleb who was ready to play... and these two did not want to get up...

Soon they made their way to the living room for some "toons".... There is nothing better than Sunday morning cartoons.

They remember how much fun they had with their blankets lying next to each other last night we had to do it again in the morning.

Boys are dressed in brown and ready for church...

They all wanted "Mohawks" for church... here they are all dressed and ready to go...

What a great night and morning... I am sure this was the first of many.

First Sleepover!

What a monumental moment... our first sleepover (without the child's parents... we had Brooklyn stay over with us before but her parents were here)! And we had a blast! It was like a built in babysitter... and the parents got to have some fun too!

Neville is 7 years old and he is visiting his father here from the states. Him and his mother have to return to Texas this week so we offered to watch Neville for a night to let Pierce spend some time with him (Pierce loves Neville) and give his parents some alone time. We took Neville to Margarita's on Friday night and then we headed back to our place for some good old fashioned Lego time... in bed at 10pm and swimming the next morning... does it get any better?

While Pierce and Neville were playing I must have left the camera in his room... well he found it and busted his parents... we were in the living room having some alone time and here comes little PD with the camera... BUSTED!

Close to the finished product... a helicopter... "Boys we will have to finish this in the morning... lets go take a bath" ... that was me talking!!!!

Story time and off to bed.... they both slept like a rock and woke around 9am in the morning... after breakfast we headed to the pool.

Neville brought his a treat... he knows the way to Pierce's heart.

OH what fun we had on our first sleepover... this was Friday night and we had so much fun we did it again with another friend on Saturday night... Violet... so stay tuned for more weekend fun.
