When we got to Fort Worth my mom had mentioned maybe taking him to a Dr. to see if there was anything physically wrong with him (i.e. ear ache, etc.) so we made an appt. with my OLD PEDIATRICIAN, Dr. Scroggie. Dr. Scroggie was there when I was born and was my Dr. until I moved away for college. He is still practicing so Pierce and I went to see him the other day.
Here we are waiting for him... Pierce was playing with his airplane (his favorite thing to play with and to talk about). Check out that room... it is the same as I remember it... nothing had really changed except Dr. Scroggie now has grey hair.
Here we are... I use to love Dr. Scroggie. He seemed to remember me and as we left he kissed me on the cheek. He has always been very charming and great with kids.
There was nothing physically wrong with Pierce but Dr. Scroggie mentioned that it could be psychological. Separation Anxiety, Different surroundings, etc.
We are getting better, last night was the first night that he slept all night in his bed... he still cries when I lie him down for his nap and for night time but hopefully we will have another night tonight where we all get some rest.
