Last week we went to surprise Great Grandma. She had been out of town so she had not read the blog and when she pulled up one day we were there waiting outside. Surprise. I just adore my Grandma and Pierce seems to really enjoy her as well. See below all the things he got to do in the country.
This is Pierce getting into trouble (very common these days) while G. Grandma was trying to show us her rug she was hooking and Pierce was getting into something he shouldn't have... NO NO NO. :-)
He went for a ride in the golf cart with ViVi.
Pierce has never really seen "falling leaves" and that day was a very windy day and the leaves were falling all around us... we had so much fun playing in the FALL. He got so tickled when he was rolling around in the leaves, I just love this picture.
Then we found the cows... he was mesmerized and stood there looking at them like they stood there looking at him.
Still mesmerized.
I can't wait for Pierce to get old enough to play in the pasture, go to the creek and ride the tractor. I use to love going to Grandma's and Grandpa's house and I am thrilled that Pierce will get to do the same.

How sweet - I love the FALL pictures!
Those leaves are awesome. I wasn't there and I know it was so much fun. I wish we had fall leaves! It is still way to hot here.
That pic with Pierce in the leaves is enlargement-worthy! Dinner was fun last night!
Being mesmerized by cows goes way back in this family! Hope you enjoy your visit! Love, Linda
I know what you mean! I can't wait until our trip to Texas to Tehya's in Jan/Feb. Shelby will love all the outdoor fun....horses, cows, tractors, golf carts, etc. And I can't wait to sit on a porch in the middle of nowhere and drink my morning coffee. Talk about joy!
Great shot with the leaves flying around, girl!!!! I'm impressed.
