Hard to find white eggs in Singapore...
Easter has always been a time for traditions in my family... and one that I wanted to carry on with Pierce is dying of Easter eggs... I have seen some of my friends blogs where they did this and they had these cute little kits that they bought at Target or something.. but let me tell you "dying of Easter eggs is not made simple here in Singapore"... it is even hard to find white eggs. Most of the eggs here in Asia are brown... so you pay extra, drive further and fight other Americans that are looking for WHITE Easter eggs... I found one tray in the very back last week (that had 3 broken eggs in it). The cashier told me that I could not buy the eggs bc they were SPOILED and they were not allowed to sale them. After my crazy attempt to tell her about the tradition of coloring eggs for Easter (which she did not understand) I promised her that I would not eat them I was just going to "play with them"... you will see in the video that I could not stop Pierce from eating one of the eggs (but he is ok)... so here you have it... our attempt at coloring 6 Easter eggs (3 broke in the store and 3 more broke when I put them in hot water)... the tradition lives on.
Eating the egg.... OOPPSSSSSS.

"Happy Easter to everyone" while eating one of the "Spoiled Eggs".
"Happy Easter to ViVi and Grandad"
"Happy Easter to Grandma and Grandpa"
"Happy Easter to Aunt JuJu and Uncle Keith"
"Happy Easter to Auntie Elly and Uncle Keith... with a special shout out to JuJu"
After the last video Pierce got into trouble for putting sea shells into the bubble maker so needless to say Pierce was not in the MOOD to give the last shout out to Nana... "Happy Easter Nana... we love and miss you".

So cute! And don't worry about the eggs. We have a conspiracy theory that they make expiration dates earlier than they should be so you'll buy more of whatever has "expired." I'm sure this egg is just the same...haha!
Happy Easter to you all! This was precious and I feel so special. We love you all and can't wait to see you soon.
We miss you, too, Pierce.
Love, love

So sweet! He's such a big boy!
