Spring Break fun in Singapore...

Spring Break Fun... last week was Pierce's spring break where he had the whole week with mommy (daddy is still in Brazil)... while we could not go on a vacation we decided to make the best of it and play in Singapore.  Three days were filled with Pierce going again to Art Boot Camp (when I asked him what he wanted to do this is what he said... and boy did he have fun), we also got to explore some of Singapore (see below), we got fun stuff in the mail and lots of playing and doing what 5 year old boys do best... it was really a great time with him he was in the best of mood all week and we both did not want it to end.  Check out some of our fun below.

At Art Boot Camp Pierce went to a Party theme camp and he made a pinata, party hat and painted a party canvas.

Here we are trying to bust open the pinata... which was not working we knew it was full of candy but we could not get into it.  I asked Pierce how many layers of Paper Mache did he put on it and he said only 2.... wow that is some good glue.

Maybe we needed the party hat for it to work... there are some major dents but no holes yet... keep going...

Now we resorted to throwing it as hard as possible on the ground... still not working... we eventually had to get out the scissors... 

And here is the painting... they started out doing the background first and the wall (top) part of the painting they were instructed to do stripes or solid and Pierce asked if he could zig zags... so he got to do zig zags the teacher was happy to oblige.  Then he choose a green table.  The next day he made the people and the cake.  He choose three people and a car cake.  When I picked him up on the second day I asked who are the people he said "I have the golden hair, you mom are in the middle with the black hair and baby Asher has brown hair and is smaller than me".  I said "that is great but where is daddy" and that is when Pierce looked at me and said matter of factly "He is in Brazil".  There you have it... our family photo and daddy is in Brazil and baby Asher better come out with brown hair... 

We even got a care package from some friends in the states... and sweet letters from their kids... and an outfit for Baby Asher... so thoughtful.  Pierce had fun putting the lego together and reading the huge cards and mommy had the best time eating some frito pie and twizzlers... yummy

We also had a date at Marina Bay Sands to see the Titanic Museum... we could not take any pics of the museum so Pierce took pics inside the mall... this one is his favorite.

I have been wanting to see the only floating Louis Vuitton store in the world.. so here you are... and the lotus flower looking building in the back is where the museum was... so nice.
