Daddy's home...

It has been a long 6 weeks... but Daddy is finally home and just in time for Easter... we are so thankful and we have been counting down the days.  Pierce made this shirt (that he is wearing) for daddy a week or so ago and had to wear it when we picked him up from the airport today... it says "Happy (smiley face) Day's, Dads coming home (drew a house)"... He also made the sign below to hold up at that airport and you better believe he did so proudly when he saw his daddy.  Daddy even had to ride in the back of the car with Pierce so he could learn all that Pierce had to tell him.  When we got home you could tell Daddy was beat from the jet lag but he pushed through while reading a whole book about Jurassic Park (which Pierce did not want to return to the library until Daddy came home).  My boys are back together... life is good!


The "welcome home daddy" sign where the home is a picture of a home... and Pierce is really into doing "bubble or 3D letters" and he did these all by himself...
