A great weekend in Dallas!

This past weekend we headed up to Dallas to spend some family time with Grandma, Grandpa, Nana, Uncle Keith and Aunt Elly... we were busy all weekend but we had a blast... the only thing missing was daddy...

Friday night GM and GP celebrated their 10 year anniversary with friends at an Italian restaurant... the picture below shows Pierce helping GM with her necklace.. if I would have known it was going to be a diamond necklace I would have probably insisted that Pierce "not to touch"... :-)

Happy 10 years Grandma and Grandpa.. we can't wait to witness the next 10 years...

Pierce loved staying in Dallas with Kitty... at first Kitty had nothing to do with him but they soon were buddies as long as Pierce was quiet and still... here Pierce is naked and giving Kitty some pine cones that he had found.

Saturday morning we woke up and headed to visit with Nana... it was a great visit just not long enough... Pierce was in heaven at her house bc she had found daddy's old transformers, legos and other small toys in the garage and pulled them all out for Pierce to play with... thanks Nana.

Pretty cool to think that Daddy use to play with this exact plane... which is something Pierce is still carrying around with him... loves the "tiger plane".

I thought this toy was pretty cool... but Pierce had nothing to do with it... must have been Aunt JuJu's.

Saturday night we got to hang out with Aunt Elly and Uncle Keith (Blake's brother)... we always have so much fun with them and Uncle Keith likes to wrestle and play soccer so him and Pierce get along well...

We had another birthday celebration... thanks Uncle Keith and Aunt Elly... by the looks of this picture the adults are having more fun with the toys...

GP and GM got Pierce a remote control hummer... do you think he liked it???

And then bath time... bath time is always fun with GP... he plays music and lets me dance in the tub.

There is nothing like a little horsey ride before bed... giddy up Grandma...

Off to church on Sunday... had to stop in this beautiful weather and get a family photo...

After nap we headed to the park... we had lots of fun getting muddy, playing on the slide, climbing, playing in the leaves, swinging, watching a soccer game and hanging with family.

Another great weekend... they go by way to fast...
