Welcome to Saddle Ridge Ranch for one of the Kindergarten classes... Jessica and I were the bible activity and bible story leaders for our class and were assigned to create our room for the children (also called barncats)...
Here is our room at the beginning of the transformation... we had one big room, with a big piano and big hanging tv... oh what to do... We spent a week at the church painting stuff to make our room half a barn (for the barncats) and the other half the outside of the barn... the ranch...
We recruited some help...
During the transformation... a team of people come around to the different rooms... they pray for alot of things... thanks giving... for the children... for the teachers... and for the blue sticky tack that is holding up everything on the walls (he he he).
No more TV...

Lights on... Lights off... come join us at the campfire.. this is where we have our bible story time with the lights off...
No more piano... and it is always important to have rules.
And we can't forget the story board that Jessica made for each story for every day... the kids love this.. we turn out the lights and the person who reads the story out of bible has a flashlight and then someone is the back is shining another on the story board... during story time the kids are so quiet... I think bc they love the felt board... great job Jessica.
This is a picture of the worship center... the decorating team was in charge of decorating the entire church (except the classes)... they did a great job.. do you know how hard it is to find saddles and hay bails in Singapore... HARD!
