Friends and Cherry Blossoms...

I know I am really behind on blogging... my last entry was from January... but I could not wait to show you these amazing trees... the Cherry Blossoms in South Korea are amazing.  Blake and I have had many conversations about these trees... we have always heard they are amazing but you really have to see them in person to enjoy their full beauty.  They have really turned these congested, concrete filled, saturated with excess telephone wire streets into a fluffy white masterpiece.  The sad news is they only last a few weeks and then it rains and it is all gone... I took these pics yesterday and guess what it rained all day long today... so excited we stopped and took pics yesterday.

Check them out.

I have heard this is the street where a lot of engagements take place... a romantic street... it was pretty and even set up with a singer in the white van and drinks under the rainbow tent...

We took the opportunity to take some pics of the kids... and Harper.

After our little stroll we went to the Arboretum/Botanical Gardens in town... The Cherry Blossoms are blooming like mad but the flowers in the Arboretum are a little slow... we had a good walk around with good friends but other than that... we will have to go back to see the flowers.

Best Friends... Hope and Pierce are in the same class and they are so much a like that at times they are worst enemies but they get over it quick and move on... and I really like Hope's mom... that always helps.

Asher just hanging out... like always... so happy.

He really likes to be in on the action now... and he will hold on to the tray so he can sit straight up and be ready to go at all times...

A beautiful view...

We finally got to a green house... and we found some flowers... we had to take a picture... I just love these boys...

Time to pet something that moves and has a tongue... Pierce is in heaven and Asher is not so sure...

Pierce did get a little worried about this one... yuck....

Now that we got our hands nice and dirty... lets eat... a nice picnic in the woods...

We got back in the car after lunch and headed to a near by playground... that was amazing and had a great big plastic tree house with slides... and we finally found some baby swings.

The kids fought over this one... a digger... REALLY????

A great day with friends... now come and see us in early April next year to see the Cherry Blossoms.
