You are about to see a plethora of pictures from our first day at Disneyland... I just could not narrow it down... if Pierce was in the picture you better believe I wanted to share with you his face and his excitement in everything we did on our first day in Disneyland...
Here the kids are ready to go... waiting patiently...while watching the Disney channel in the hotel room.
Pierce was the youngest kid on this trip so I brought our "easy" stroller bc I thought we might have a problem keeping up with all the older kids... but Pierce ended up sharing his stroller with alot of his friends...
The first thing we saw (outside the gate) was this fountain.... Pierce thought this was the best part at the beginning... oh he had no idea... look here him telling his friend all about it...
Main Street, U.S.A.
We headed straight for the boy area...Tomorrowland...buzz light year.. space care... space mountain... oh boy..
Our first line...
Our first ride was this space car that went up and down... Issac was not sure about and sweet mom Jamie was loving on him telling him how brave he was... but I thought this was a cute picture so I had to share.
Pierce waving at everyone as they went by... he hated waiting in line...
Finally on the ride... look out here we come...
Next buzz light year... which by far was Pierce's favorite ride and the ride that we rode not once, twice or three times... but like 5... I think this was the first time in his life that he has ever picked up a gun of some sort and shot at things... he was in heaven.
Outside the ride... ready to go again... here are the kids... oh what a great group of kids...
Do you remember this guy... from the Muppet's they would just ride around the park... so cute.
Off to Fantasyland... with Sleeping Beauty's famous castle...
We entered fantasy land and the first ride was the merry go round... Pierce giving his usual Asian picture pose...
Weeeeee.
Next Winnie the Pooh.. it totally looks like I am being mean here with my hand on his face... but he could not find the camera and I was helping him... HE HE HE... poor kid... in a great ride seeing Pooh everywhere and I want him to look at a camera... like he has never seen one of those before...
Next the teacups... anyone remember these... there is a reason these are not my favorite... but Pierce loved them.
And the famous... It's a small world... after all... and there was no line... can you believe it...
Off to the Dumbo ride...
Next stop... Adventureland.. even with Pirates....
The Lion King show was Awesome... all kids and adults enjoyed this and it was one of the things that Pierce talked about for days... it was really well done... we were not allowed to use the flash so this is what we got... but you get the picture... alot of people... alot of movement... and even fire.
Then we headed to lunch... finally the kids (and moms) were starving... afterwards... Pierce found a pile of peanuts and had a hay day... making a mess of course.
Then off to the Jungle River Cruise... a boat ride.. full of adventure... even Hippos that jump out of the water... they looked so real.
The 2 eldest boys even seemed scared... see them ducking behind the rail of the boat?
Back to Buzz light year... you would have thought we had run out of things to do... no... just a favorite amongst the kids... especially Pierce...
And then off to the cars... earlier the wait was 45 min.. we decided to skip... the late in the day the line was still long but we just had to do it... Pierce's first time to drive a car... so cute.
Going so fast... can you see how happy this boy is... these were not bumper cars but since we knew who was in front of us... we decided to bump them... and our car shut down for 2 whole minutes... can you believe that.. Pierce was yelling out me to fix it and I was a little embarrassed but we finally started moving again... fast...
