We had several prayer request and petitions when we moved here to Singapore... and one of them was that we would all make friends fast and feel like we belonged... God has heard our prayers and answered and blessed us beyond we could ever imagine. God is so good and I love HIM for so many things and this is now added to the list. Friendships really help a new place feel like home.. the occasional call or text to see if you need anything, or a friend calling to take you to lunch, or someone that has extra tomatoes and leaves them in your child's backpack at school, or someone that says come with me to the grocery store and I will show you around, and more. We have adjusted well bc of these friends and we are thankful. Pierce has also made a lot of friends at school and they have been gracious to let "us in" that we have even been to three birthday parties in the last 3 weeks... check out all the fun and all the birthday cakes...
