Rainy Season and Snails!

One of the best things about the rainy season in Singapore besides that it cools us off is that the rain is heaven for the snails...one of our favorite traditions here at our house is after a good down pour we will take a walk and go hunt for snails... you don't have to look all that hard they are everywhere and very hard to miss... Pierce is kind of mean about it.. he likes to take a stick/flower/twig and poke at them to make them "hide" as he says.... they really are big... and we really do enjoy going Snail Hunting.

This one is now hiding bc Pierce touched it but can you tell how big it is compared to his hand... yikes...

It is raining all the time (every day) so we get to do alot of snail hunting...
