Brady's grandparents are in town and Pierce so enjoyed them. I recently heard something about expat children stating that they are really missing out on the 3 generation rule (always having your children interact with 3 different generations i.e. kids their age, parents age and grandparents). This makes me sad for many reasons and one being I loved hanging out with my grandparents growing up and another I know Pierce's grandparents would be around all the time if they could... so we adopt grandparents whenever we can these days. And sweet GiGi and PaPa adopted us back... Here we are on the MRT to the show...
Once at the show we got our cotton candy and mickey mouse ears... and we were ready.
It was a big party... check out all the fun... and we had great seats so we did not miss anything.
They even had a little taste of the Brazilian Carnival where daddy is right now... Pierce now thinks this is what daddy is doing in Brazil...
A little Japan...
China...
And Christmas...
And the main attraction for Pierce... the army guy from Toy Story... so thankful this guy showed up...
Finally by the end of the show... both boys were on Papa's lap... so good to have a man around...
A great show with great friends... add this to the memory bucket...

I agree the saddest part about you living so far away is that we don't get to hug you. You are always in our hearts and on our minds. We love and miss you so.
Grandma.
